• Own the success and evolution of DataSpring’s Provider Directory product and domain end to end • Grow the existing Directory offering with health plans and connect it to the Universal Provider Data asset • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities through customer discovery, competitive analysis, and business cases • Translate market needs, user personas, workflows, and data use cases into solution concepts, roadmap priorities, and product requirements • Align strategy and roadmap with industry mandates, data governance expectations, directory accuracy standards, data quality standards, and interoperability requirements • Validate concepts with advisory groups, customers, and industry stakeholders, including proofs of concept • Own the full product lifecycle from strategy and concept through build, launch, growth, maturity, and retirement • Set the roadmap and funding case and hold delivery teams accountable for scope, timing, and outcomes • Serve as a subject-matter expert and external advocate for Provider Directory • Secure funding and resourcing through annual planning • Partner with Technology and UX on solution direction and requirements • Arbitrate tradeoffs, unblock decisions, and manage execution detail when required • Monitor competitive landscape and conduct market sizing and buyer analysis • Own packaging, value proposition, business cases, and ROI models • Influence go-to-market and commercialization with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management • Support positioning, value narratives, sales enablement, reference use cases, and launch readiness • Define, monitor, and report KPIs for adoption, revenue, margin, and directory data quality • Champion provider data accuracy, validation, source-of-truth reconciliation, continuous data quality monitoring, practitioner validation, and primary source validation • Lead cross-functional and matrixed teams without direct reporting authority • Engage health plan executives, buyers, provider organizations, and industry stakeholders
• 10+ years of product management, product strategy, data science, or healthcare data solutions experience • Experience managing provider directory data at scale • Experience with data quality management and source-of-truth reconciliation across multiple contributing systems • Experience with provider verification, primary source validation workflows, and directory data defect remediation • Expertise in business cases, financial modeling, ROI analysis, and growth potential assessment • Ability to define user personas, data use cases, and end-to-end solution concepts • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience engaging customers, advisory groups, and industry stakeholders • Ability to carry a roadmap through delivery and manage scope, risk, and dependency tradeoffs • Deep understanding of health plan buyer needs, procurement cycles, and provider directory operational workflows • Experience setting pricing, packaging, and positioning for data products • Working knowledge of No Surprises Act directory provisions, CMS Medicare Advantage and Medicaid directory accuracy requirements, and state network adequacy rules • Domain experience in healthcare technology and data solutions, including privileging, data management, data governance, interoperability, and/or provider operations • Experience presenting strategic recommendations, business cases, and investment opportunities to executive leadership • Familiarity with the provider directory and provider data vendor landscape • Demonstrated success owning a product or domain end to end through rapid growth, launch, and commercialization with health plan customers • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Degrees in healthcare administration, public health, or technology disciplines preferred
