📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the core ROI platform • Partner closely with engineering, operations, design, and product leaders • Ensure that the ROI platform is performant, resilient, observable, and available • Own key platform health outcomes including application uptime and reliability of integrations • Create and socialize a clear ROI platform strategy and roadmap • Prioritize platform investments that unlock high-impact work • Define success metrics for platform performance • Ship meaningful improvements to platform reliability and core user experiences • Establish strong stakeholder communication practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience • Proven ability to translate complex stakeholder, user, operational, and technical needs into a clear product roadmap and strategy • Strong platform product instincts • Experience working closely with engineering teams on platform architecture, system performance, reliability, observability, integrations, APIs, data models, or operational tooling • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, complex environments • Strong analytical skills • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and business leaders • Interest in the US healthcare provider / payer / services industry • Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry
