📋 Description

• Own administration and governance of multiple Salesforce instances • Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, security, and data management • Manage user and license provisioning, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access models • Lead advanced Salesforce configuration involving custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and page layouts • Design scalable declarative solutions and partner with developers on Apex, integrations, or custom UI enhancements • Optimize system performance, usability, and automation • Own integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems • Ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and enterprise architecture alignment • Partner with engineering and third-party vendors on integration design, implementation, and troubleshooting • Oversee data governance, quality, deduplication, cleansing, and migration strategies • Develop complex reports and executive dashboards • Translate business metrics into Salesforce reporting and analytics • Manage change processes, deployment strategies, release cycles, and environment coordination • Ensure testing, documentation, and communication for system changes • Gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and act as project manager when needed • Oversee tiered support processes and resolve tickets and escalations • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and enablement • Monitor usage trends and improve adoption and productivity • Ensure compliance, security, and audit requirements across Salesforce environments • Track compliance tasks, access reviews, and data handling practices • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including ownership of multiple Salesforce instances or complex environments • Experience supporting or deploying Salesforce Chatbot solutions and leveraging Einstein AI capabilities preferred • Proven experience leading Salesforce optimization initiatives and large-scale system improvements • Salesforce Administrator Certification required • Advanced certifications preferred, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices • Extensive experience with declarative automation tools, including Flows and validation rules • Strong experience with integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools such as Mulesoft and Zapier • Experience with release management and DevOps tools highly preferred • Strong analytical skills for translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • This job is not eligible for employment sponsorship
