📋 Description

• Participate in due diligence to assess operational risks, evaluate clinic readiness, and prepare integration plans • Translate deal-specific insights, regulatory considerations, and due diligence findings into execution roadmaps • Build detailed integration plans with cross-functional stakeholders • Facilitate internal and external project meetings and maintain project documentation and action logs • Manage project timelines before, during, and after deal close • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to meet operational milestones and integration deliverables • Monitor project progress, identify operational risks, and resolve roadblocks • Align expectations and streamline communications with sellers and internal leadership • Support communication and change enablement for incoming teammates • Track and analyze integration performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Create executive presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership updates • Document processes, capture lessons learned, and develop the integration playbook • Transition workflows to meet short-term goals and long-term integration milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred • Required 7-10 years of DaVita experience in the FA, MCS role (or similar) • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Agile problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record in change execution • Ability to function independently and productively in a remote work environment • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills across all levels of leadership • Proactive, curious, adaptable, and self-driven mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight timelines • Willingness to travel up to 40% to clinic locations and regional meetings as needed • Availability for occasional evening and weekend support based on deal closings and project timelines
