📋 Description
• Supports clinical leadership and the care team in patient care activities by providing technical & logistical support within the IKC lane. • Serves as a subject matter expert for resource navigation, and onboarding/training needs. • Schedules & facilitates patient case reviews; Distributes patient list for review and recommendations to the care team after reviews. • Supports quality improvement activities through gathering, tracking, and reporting data as directed by the manager/supervisor and ROM lead. • Acts as subject matter advisor to peers related to navigating eligible health plan programs and resources • Supports onboarding and training activities in conjunction with clinical support CSM
🎯 Requirements
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • At least 2 years of experience in a medical/health-related office with healthcare insurance billing experience • Able to work autonomously with minimum supervision • Able to effectively navigate the EMR system without supervision • Experience leading teams as a Supervisor or special project lead
