📋 Description
• Ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals • Engage renal discharge planners and case managers to build and strengthen relationships • Analyze data insights and deliver insights to upper leadership • Perform root cause analysis based on patient feedback • Outreach to discharge planners for education and awareness • Partner with internal field teammates to optimize admission processes • Develop comprehensive knowledge of local markets
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to travel to various locations on an as-needed basis • valid driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, billing systems
