📋 Description

• Supervise a team of instructional designers, providing direction and managing individual performance • Set tactical and operational team goals; direct, delegate, and manage work progress and success • Design and develop advanced learning experiences, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, AI-driven experiences, chatbots, and video • Ensure learning solutions address complex capability gaps, align with business objectives, scale effectively, and meet CoE standards • Scope, assign, and delegate instructional design projects • Oversee multiple projects, timelines, quality benchmarks, resources, and risk mitigation • Complete quality assurance processes and maintain consistent stakeholder communication • Monitor learning technology trends and introduce innovative approaches • Evaluate learning solution effectiveness using data and recommend improvements • Share best practices and grow design capabilities across the team • Support change adoption through communication, training, documentation, and coaching • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing or supervising instructional designers • Advanced instructional design and learning development expertise • Ability to design ILT, vILT, eLearning, scenario-based learning, simulations, AI-driven experiences, chatbots, and video • Ability to address complex capability gaps and align learning solutions with business objectives • Ability to manage multiple instructional design projects, timelines, quality benchmarks, resources, and risks • Quality assurance experience • Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness using data • Knowledge of learning technology trends and innovative learning approaches • Ability to communicate clearly with program owners, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to support change adoption through training, documentation, and coaching • Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks
