📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3–4 analysts focused on business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support • Establish team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives • Ensure timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products • Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations • Manage work across multiple stakeholders and initiatives • Communicate insights clearly to leaders at multiple organizational levels • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing analyst team • Provide feedback, career development support, and performance coaching • Foster team engagement and collaboration • Guide analytical approaches and appropriate data usage for business decisions • Validate results through critical thinking, business context, and analytical rigor • Leverage analytical tools and technologies to improve efficiency, visibility, and insight generation • Promote documentation, process discipline, and knowledge sharing • Report to the Director, Revenue Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel • Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business revenue cycle, or operational improvement initiatives • Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations • Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Direct people leadership experience preferred • Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations preferred
