📋 Description

• Independently prepares, creates, innovates clinical content, training materials and educational tools in collaboration with teams/departments to meet department & operational objectives. • Reviews/creates content evaluations, participant & stakeholder feedback and makes recommendations to continually improve/innovate. • Delivers educational materials for a variety of settings & devices (e.g. virtual/live classroom, self-paced modules, videos, animations) • Responsible for training related to the Education/Trainer teammates, including the coaching and development of the educators in presenting created content. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• RN license in state of practice • Associate’s degree in nursing required • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing preferred • Minimum of 3 years of nephrology nursing experience in Home PD and/or HHD based dialysis is required • Additional experience in other areas such as in-center hemodialysis, hospital-based dialysis, CKRT, and apheresis- is preferred • Certified Nephrology Certification – preferred • Prior experience in training through multiple mediums (live, web-based, self-directed, etc.) required • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required • Experience in nursing education preferred • Experience writing and editing education materials preferred.
