📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution for our Revenue Cycle and Comprehensive Health Evaluation (CHE) program capabilities within our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care organization • Define and Execute Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization • Identify and Prioritize High-Impact Use Cases: Using data and customer insights, work closely with users and stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities that align with our objectives • Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Translate customer needs and technical insights into clear and concise product specifications and requirements that articulate user stories, functionality, and technical constraints • Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations teams, engineering, compliance, and clinical teams to build, test, and deploy solutions • Monitor and Measure Success: Define and analyze Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure the impact and success of products, using data to inform future iterations and roadmap • Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage the vendor relationships of the products within our digital portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong track record of launching successful software products • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle products preferred • The ability to think big picture and translate complex, ambiguous problems into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others • Experience with the healthcare industry and the technology used within • Knowledge of chronic disease management and risk adjustment are a plus.
