📋 Description

• Support U.S. Speaker Program compliance monitoring for a leading biopharmaceutical organization • Conduct live, data, and process-based compliance monitoring • Review speaker program activities, documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracting, and training records • Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recurring trends • Document observations and support escalation and remediation activities • Maintain monitoring trackers, reports, and supporting documentation • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on follow-ups and documentation • Assist with risk-based sample selection and monthly monitoring activities • Prepare monitoring reports and metrics • Evaluate supporting documentation and track remediation activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management • Familiarity with pharmaceutical speaker programs and HCP compliance requirements • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information • Updated resume and contact information required for application
