📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects from initiation through final approval. • Coordinate artwork review cycles, proof revisions, and final approvals with cross-functional teams. • Route and manage labeling workflows using Veeva Vault or similar systems. • Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing, and external print vendors. • Review artwork proofs and perform detailed proofreading using Adobe Acrobat and GlobalVision (or similar tools). • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval status across multiple projects. • Support implementation of label changes, including phase-in/phase-out activities and obsolete inventory tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology labeling, regulatory operations, packaging, or supply chain. • Experience managing commercial labeling workflows and artwork review processes. • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault or similar document management/workflow systems. • Experience using Adobe Acrobat for document review and proofreading. • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
