📋 Description

• Manage contract workflows from initiation through drafting, review, execution, and signature • Track contract milestones, payment triggers, renewals, and required documentation • Coordinate contract drafts and updates with internal teams and external partners, primarily through email • Partner with Salesforce, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract workflow issues and support complex agreements • Maintain accurate contract records and update systems throughout the contract lifecycle • Review contract pricing and margins, compare terms across agreements, and identify discrepancies or errors • Support contract scoping, negotiations, execution, and process improvements • Streamline contract generation and lifecycle processes using Conga CPQ and CLM • Manage multiple priorities, proactively follow up on outstanding items, and keep contracts moving through the pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or contract operations • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts from initiation through signature • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Proactive and detail-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
