📋 Description
• Build Power BI dashboards from structured/semi-structured data • Develop scalable data models, DAX, Power Query, and optimized visuals • Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback • Define KPIs, metrics, and dashboard narratives • Create reusable templates, standards, and governance practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years Power BI dashboard development for business/executive audiences • Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning • Experience designing tiered/role-based reporting and drill-through navigation • Ability to translate business questions into clear KPIs and insights • Experience with structured/semi-structured data (Excel, enterprise systems) • Strong stakeholder engagement; able to work independently in fast-paced environments • Experience with AI, transformation, or enterprise reporting preferred
