📋 Description

• Oversee scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of organizational programs and projects • Manage all aspects of project management within construction and system fields • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards • Lead and manage project managers, coordinators, and support staff • Develop and implement project management processes and best practices • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Establish timelines, milestones, and budgets and monitor progress • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Conduct project status meetings with stakeholders • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements • Review project deliverables before client delivery • Assist with project budget management • Set and manage client expectations and day-to-day interactions • Develop and execute project work plans and revise them as needed • Liaise with project stakeholders • Present project progress, problems, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders • Implement and manage project changes and interventions • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members • Assist with business development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction and system fields • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Technical knowledge of RF Design, project management concepts, and DAS • Intimate knowledge of propagation modeling and tools • Fundamental understanding of RF wave propagation physics • Experience ideally in communication site development, tower construction, system design, wireless networks, and 911 emergency dispatch centers • Valid Driver’s License • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP) credential • Ability to use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, AutoCAD Lite, and Outlook/Email • Ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers • Ability to learn new technologies and hardware quickly • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills • Ability to troubleshoot issues/problems • Meticulous approach to producing high-quality results and focus on meeting challenging customer commitments
