• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs) • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy • Monitor supervisees' adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards • Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through supervisees • Help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans using Daybreak's tools • Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in the secure EHR system • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings • Support therapists working with students experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress • Guide therapists in supporting students' academic success and families' behavioral outcomes
• Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC (required) • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery • Strong communication and organizational skills • Availability during afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends • Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages preferred • Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities preferred • Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions preferred • Active NPI number and CAQH profile preferred • Resume and brief cover letter required for application
