• You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. • You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.
• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time) • Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure (required — this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track) • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM
• Free supervision — weekly 1:1 and group supervision, fully covered • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows • $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy • Part-time W2 position — real employment benefits, not contractor instability • Fully remote — work from anywhere in North Carolina • Mon–Fri 3–8 PM schedule — predictable, school-aligned hours • No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything • 90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician
