📋 Description

• Build strong, trusting therapeutic relationships with clients across age groups • Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to clients ages 11–24 or 18–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health needs • Offer psychoeducation to parents/caregivers when working with younger clients • Build a practice remotely on the clinician's own schedule • Manage a recurring session calendar after initial sessions are matched and booked • Provide services Monday–Sunday between 8am–8pm PT, with optional weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Fully licensed clinician with an active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP license in the State of California • Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren't eligible • Experience providing individual therapy to youth and/or adults • Comfort and prior experience with telehealth service delivery • Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable practice • Able to provide teletherapy to clients ages 11–60 across California • Every caseload includes some youth clients ages 11–24
