📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts • Collaborate with school counselors and families • Participate in case consultations • Contribute to clinical program development as Daybreak Health grows

🎯 Requirements

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required; pre-licensure candidates cannot be hired at this time) • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families • Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems • Availability Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings; weekend slots also available • Preferred: Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities • Preferred: Prior school-based or youth-focused experience • Preferred: Active NPI and CAQH
