📋 Description

• Complete insurance verifications daily, gathering breakdowns from payer portals and phone calls • Input insurance information accurately into Open Dental or similar PMS • Use our internal verification software and provide feedback to improve it • Collaborate with teammates to support workflow and maintain service quality • Prioritize and manage tasks to meet daily deadlines with high accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of dental office experience, specifically in insurance verification • Strong proficiency in Open Dental or other dental PMS • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset • A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
