Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform (from Ceridian) that unifies payroll, HR, benefits, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), talent management, and analytics into a single SaaS application. It is designed for enterprise customers to manage payroll and workforce processes in real time, support compliance, and optimize labor across organizations.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing General Agent (MGA) specializing in property and casualty products. • Oversee and coordinate operational, administrative, and compliance functions of the MGA. • Manage underwriting support, policy administration, claims coordination, and regulatory compliance. • Ensure alignment with Lloyd's of London standards and requirements. • Assist in administration of underwriting processes for property and casualty insurance products. • Review and process applications, endorsements, and renewals in collaboration with underwriters. • Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and documentation. • Manage issuance, processing, and maintenance of insurance policies. • Act as a liaison between the MGA, Lloyd's syndicates, and third-party claims administrators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field. • Seven (7) or more years in insurance administration, preferably within an MGA or broker environment dealing with property and casualty products. • Proficiency in insurance management systems, bordereaux preparation, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Familiarity with Lloyd’s systems (e.g., ATLAS, DCOM) is an advantage. • Strong understanding of Lloyd’s of London market requirements, including binding authority agreements, compliance, and reporting standards. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with brokers, clients, and Lloyd’s syndicates. • Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation. • Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle high volumes of policies, claims, and compliance tasks.
