It is used by organizations to manage employee lifecycle, pay, and compliance from a unified system.

📋 Description

• Defining, owning, and executing the product vision and strategy across the full lifecycle. • Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, operations, customer service, and project delivery teams to ensure successful execution. • Ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and business value while contributing to how and when solutions are delivered. • Optimizing processes such as invoicing, cash application, vendor payments, reconciliation, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related product role, preferably supporting finance, accounting, or ERP-related products. • Demonstrated experience owning products within Agile or iterative delivery environments. • Proven track record of delivering successful products or enhancements that achieved measurable business outcomes, particularly in financial operations (e.g., A/R, A/P, billing, or reconciliation). • Experience leading product discovery, defining scope and value, and supporting funding or intake processes. • Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (e.g., invoicing, collections, cash application) and/or Accounts Payable (e.g., vendor management, invoice processing, payment workflows).
