It is aimed at employers and HR/people teams to manage the full employee lifecycle and payroll processing in real time.

📋 Description

• Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance. • Support the Agency Sales Representatives regarding activities related to all assigned accounts such as remittance processing, A/R clean up, E&O renewals, etc. • Support the Agency Sales Representatives during their customer on-site visitations and presentations (on site and virtual). • Collaborate with aligned Agency Sales Representatives to identify and implement efficiencies in the remittance, audit and compliance processes. • Support Agency Underwriting Counsel as needed. • Liaise between Agency Support and the Agent regarding AMS needs, including: user log in issues, appointments, and cancellations, executions of and amendments to Schedule A. • Resolve outstanding inventory with the Agents once/quarter. • Run and distribute premium report to team once/week. • Process refund and write off requests. • Assist with Continuing Education compliance. • Maintain and service any existing agents that may be assigned to you. • Additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong Oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and handheld devices. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment; strong organizational skills.
