📋 Description

• Support the Program Director with administrative leadership for program operation • Implement strategies to achieve goals • Collect and maintain outcome data for accreditation • Participate in Program Director Council • Oversee and evaluate contributing faculty • Collaborate with program leadership on curriculum quality • Supervise students and manage student issues • Engage in marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Current unencumbered RN license • National APRN certification and licensure preferred • Earned doctoral degree in nursing, education, or related field • Minimum of three years of graduate nursing education experience required • Experience with curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation • Experience with program evaluation, outcomes assessment, and continuous quality improvement processes • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, facilitation, and team-building skills
