📋 Description

• Manage complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency. • Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending travel solutions that align with client needs, company policies, and business objectives. • Handle itinerary changes, travel disruptions, and urgent requests with professionalism and confidence. • Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service on every interaction. • Share your knowledge by mentoring newer consultants and supporting team development. • Partner with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence. • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience while supporting retention and long-term client success. • Depending on business needs, provide support for specialized functions such as after-hours fulfillment, Hotel eDirect, Vendor Hold Forms, group travel, and government travel. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of corporate travel consulting experience or • Demonstrated success as a Travel Incorporated Travel Consultant meeting Senior Consultant performance expectations. • Experience managing complex domestic and international itineraries • Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and best practices • Confidence working across multiple client accounts and priorities. • One or more Global Distribution Systems (GDS) • Travel management platforms • Contact center technology • Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
