Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform developed by Ceridian. It provides a unified SaaS application for payroll, HR, time and attendance, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce management, aimed at mid-market and enterprise employers.

📋 Description

• Responsible for following up on claims that have been paid incorrectly or not at all • Communicating with the field and supervisors on issues preventing claim submissions • Sending claims to the payer in a timely manner • Reviewing and working denials in workflow system daily • Notifying Field of denials that require attention • Ensuring internal control compliance with assigned areas and audit requirements • Performing system testing and completing other related duties • Assisting in onboarding new hires by providing necessary training as needed • Actively participating in team meetings and fostering collaborative environment • Supporting management objectives and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a Finance related field preferred • No experience in Medical Collections necessary • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be highly organized with ability to multi-task • Must have analytical skills and the ability to collect information from different sources • Effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Travel as needed • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
