📋 Description
• Work closely with sales executives to order multiple campaign tactics within deadlines and expected SLAs. • Communicate specs and collect creative assets and materials from clients. • Works as the liaison between the customer, account managers, account executives and designers in developing high-quality creative assets. • Communicates with customers on all ad production matters, including but not limited to deadlines, material needs, ad copy, proofs and corrections. • Generates clear layouts, provides style examples and assembles needed materials. Review design quality and proofs to ensure quality and accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. • Possesses strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Adobe suite or graphic design experience is a plus.
