Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform from Ceridian. Dayforce provides an integrated SaaS application combining payroll, HR, benefits administration, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and talent management to help organizations manage the employee lifecycle and payroll in a single system.

📋 Description

• The DE will provide support through the design project life cycle from sales concept to design development, construction drawings to construction administration support. • Contributor for complex engagements and works directly with clients and the Design Engineering team to develop specifications, designs, budgets, timelines and manage expectations. • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements • Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the architecture, installation and planning of electronic security solutions • Develop ESS project estimates and proposals • Develop the Bill of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation • Develop detailed 30%, 60%, 90% and IFC drawings. • Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients. • Maintains expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars and educational forums. May author articles and/or analyze trends. • Provides direction and counsel to junior personnel in engineering projects and guides issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associates degree required and/or equivalent experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and MS Office 365 • Certifications or training with Milestone and Lenel preferred • Certifications or training with in Genetec, Avigilon and S2 preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in technical systems designing • Ability to get a government issued Top Secret Clearance (US-based only) • A clear understanding of project phases Program, Conceptualization, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction and Commissioning. • A thorough, demonstrable understanding of the construction process, installation and integration as well as architectural and construction drawings and specifications.
