Dayforce provides an integrated SaaS application combining payroll, HR, benefits administration, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and talent management to help organizations manage the employee lifecycle and payroll in a single system.

📋 Description

• Contributes to complex engagements and works directly with clients and project teams to develop basis of design, budgets, timelines, and manage expectations. • Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. • Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the base building tasks performed by others. • Monitor development of projects, Bills of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation. • Develop detailed design documentation strategy based on established engineering standard practices. • Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients and projects. • Monitor project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities during project deployment. • Maintain expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, seminars, and educational forums.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • 15+ years’ experience in Digital Signage/Experiential and Workplace Conference Solutions • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office 365 • Deep experience in designing and architecting enterprise digital signage, experiential technology, and workplace collaboration solutions across corporate, higher education, retail, sports/entertainment, healthcare, or other complex environments • Proven background leading solution strategy for large-scale AV/IT programs • Advanced knowledge of workplace conference solutions, including various platforms and standards. • Strong pre-sales experience supporting account teams, responding to RFPs/RFQs • Comfortable serving as a technical advisor during pursuit, design, and transition phases • Understanding of immersive and experiential technology environments • Proven ability to lead high profile client interactions • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proven track record of successfully completing complex workplace conference engineering projects • A clear understanding of project phases; Program, Conceptualization, and more. • Detailed oriented, independent, self-starter
