Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform offered by Ceridian. It integrates payroll, HR, benefits administration, talent management, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and related workforce processes into a single SaaS application aimed at business customers.

📋 Description

• Responsible for crafting well-written, accurate and compelling responses to RFPs. • Responsible for directly supporting growth targets by consistently delivering persuasive new sales and renewal proposals that effectively articulate Alliant's unique value proposition and competitive differentiators. • Writes tailored, persuasive and high-quality responses to RFPs to support the firm’s business development efforts. • Identifies creative ways to visually convey information, and collaborates with other marketing team members to create or improve graphics. • Initiates the process of establishing the approach and development of win themes, and determines other key messages. • Works within our structured, organized RFP process that incorporates stakeholder inputs, reviews and strict deadlines. • Develops a strong knowledge base of the firm's products and approach to effectively understand and respond to client requests. • Creates and customizes content for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), presentations and other marketing materials as requested. • Edits proposals for responsiveness, accuracy, style, and adherence to sales strategy. • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) or more years relevant experience in new business proposal (RFP) writing, marketing or project management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and sales teams across the firm • Strong attention to detail in writing and editing documents • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard • Proficient with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
