📋 Description
• Assisting attorneys in the representation of clients in judicial foreclosure proceedings including. • Organize and track case files assigned. • Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions for various stages of the judicial foreclosure process. • Prepare correspondence. • Proof legal forms and documents for accuracy. • Communicate with clients verbally or via third party systems. • Organize, analyze and cross-check/validate information. • Ensure timely and accurate billing of work completed • Other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of (2) years as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. • Paralegal certificate a plus but not required. • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
