📋 Description

• Document Review: Thoroughly review and confirm the loan origination documents to ensure accuracy and compliance • MSP (Mortgage Servicing System): Thoroughly review and confirm the data within the MSP system to ensure its accuracy and reliability • AIQ (Document Repository): Review, download, and confirm the loan documents • Quality Control Review: Review and complete a QC sheet per loan • Case Management: Maintaining and organizing case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner • Communication and Collaboration: Responding to various emails and maintaining client systems with current information regarding onboarding • Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring all activities adhere to internal policies and regulations • Review of Financial Documents: Reviewing financial documents to ensure accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Paralegal Certificate • 5+ years of default law experience • Strong knowledge of AP foreclosure process • Understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes • Previous default industry experience • Analytical document review capabilities • Able to respond appropriately to constructive feedback from management • Self-starter with exceptional ability to identify and solve problems • Ability to recognize changing environments and think analytically
