• Support Tennessee caseload • Collaborate with other legal team members • Draft and file legal documents • Monitor deadlines, hearings, and client communication • Prepare for trials and assist attorneys during court proceedings
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury • Litigation experience in at least one additional state: Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses • Calendaring litigation timelines • Conducting status update calls with clients • Client update calls • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests • Assist in trial preparation • Verified litigation experience in Tennessee plus additional states • Familiarity with Tennessee Circuit and Chancery Court procedures and e-filing
