• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements • Identifying key issues and supporting negotiations • Managing contract lifecycle processes • Maintaining corporate records • Partnering cross-functionally with teams across the business, including compliance, growth, and external counsel
🎯 Requirements
• At least five years of paralegal experience • Strong background in healthcare contracts • Thorough understanding of HIPAA • Familiarity with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy requirements • Experience with contract management systems • Track record of process improvement
