📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, endpoint management, identity and access management, and core business systems • Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, People, and Market Operations leadership to translate field technology needs into scalable IT solutions • Evaluate, implement, and manage IT support partners and vendors • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, network, and access issues through remote troubleshooting and, when needed, in-person support at regional offices • Own and improve IT security practices, including endpoint security, access controls, and data protection • Manage HIPAA compliance, SOC2 audits, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity and response management • Build and run documented provisioning and de-provisioning processes for equipment, systems access, and accounts • Develop, document, and enforce IT policies and procedures, including acceptable use, data handling, and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related technical role, including experience supporting both corporate environments and a multi-site or field-based workforce • Experience working in a highly regulated industry is required; healthcare experience, including HIPAA-regulated environments, EHR systems, or clinical technology, is strongly preferred • Strong working knowledge of endpoint management, networking fundamentals, identity and access management, and IT security best practices • Comfortable creating IT processes, policies, and documentation from scratch in a startup environment • Willing to travel periodically to support regional care teams in person as needed • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues • Understanding that reliable, secure technology supports the mission of transforming cancer care
