📋 Description
• Manage the full lifecycle of student and faculty hardware to ensure devices are configured, updated, and secure. • Maintain and troubleshoot campus IP networks and implement security best practices. • Oversee the management of software subscriptions and licenses, ensuring faculty and students have uninterrupted access to essential educational tools. • Work alongside Senior IT Specialists on infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security audits, gaining exposure to high-level architectural planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Systems Administration, or a related field preferred. • 2–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration. • Blackbaud Suite Support Experience (Preferred). • Experience with Subscription Management is highly desired.
