📋 Description
• Contact existing donors, subscribers, and patrons to renew and upgrade their support • Promote upcoming performance seasons and special events • Call on subscription and donation campaigns • Build relationships with arts supporters in your community
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated interest in the performing arts • Previous sales, customer service, or fundraising experience preferred • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow • Tech-savvy with reliable computer/laptop, headset, and internet connection • Self-motivated with strong work ethic • Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration • Ability to participate in video team meetings • Open to coaching and performance feedback
