📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive product training and clinical support • Drive sales growth by demonstrating the value of DDS Lab’s services and promoting products • Provide instruction on intraoral digital technology, dental restorations, and related services • Provide clinical support and technical hands-on assistance at dental offices • Host educational programs, including Lunch-and-Learns, evening programs, regional meetings, and DSO annual meetings • Conduct on-site training sessions for dental practice customers and prospective customers • Guide customers toward using DDS Lab as their dental laboratory • Identify new DSO opportunities and grow existing DSO accounts with the Directors of Clinical Office Specialists • Follow up on education and sales needs by phone, email, or in person • Establish professional relationships with dental assistants, office managers, dentists, and key client contacts • Submit weekly activity and call reports to the Director of Clinical Office Specialists • Meet or exceed sales goals and initiatives within the assigned territory • Provide a monthly territory training forecast • Record training activity and client contact information in HubSpot • Use required PPE and follow infection-control and sterilization protocols • Stay current on dental-industry trends, product innovation, and best practices • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of intraoral digital technology and implants • Strong aptitude and comfort observing and advising on dental implant procedures and use of intraoral digital technology • Ability to present information and respond to questions clearly and persuasively • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents in English • Ability to write reports and business correspondence • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask, use personal judgment, and make decisions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organization and time-management skills • Previous dental experience in a lab or dental office required • High level of technical and material knowledge of dental products • 3–5 years of outside sales experience in dental or medical devices, or in-office clinical experience as an RDA or RDH • High school diploma or GED equivalent required • Dependable car available for company travel • Valid driver’s license with no significant violations or points • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80%, and work flexible hours as needed
