📋 Description

• Work inside a premium automotive dealership as the trusted tire sales expert • Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive • Perform quick visual inspections • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions • Provide pricing and close sales • Build relationships with customers and dealership teams • Support store operations, including inventory and reporting • Complete a fully paid training program before performing the role

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment • Automotive experience preferred • Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Basic computer skills, including order systems and CRM tools
