📋 Description

• Build and lead a consulting practice focused on helping clients leverage analytics • Define analytics advisory approach and create executive-level insight frameworks • Develop reusable analytics content and tools on Omni and Microsoft BI, Infor Birst platforms • Mentor BI developers and analysts, ensuring alignment in reporting outputs • Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions using Power BI, Birst, and Omni • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and metrics, delivering actionable insights • Design dimensional and star-schema data models optimized for analytics • Establish analytics governance standards and maintain documentation for data definitions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data roles • 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience • Experience building or managing semantic layers (Omni, LookML, dbt metrics, or similar) • Strong skills in DAX, SQL, and data modeling • Experience working with modern cloud data warehouses • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
