📋 Description

• Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and IIS environments • Administer, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server systems • Manage and support Active Directory, including users, groups, OUs, Group Policy, DNS integration, trusts, and domain services • Install, configure, secure, tune, and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web server environments • Perform advanced troubleshooting across Windows services, event logs, authentication, permissions, storage, CPU, memory, networking, and application connectivity • Apply DISA STIGs and harden Windows systems to meet DoD RMF security requirements • Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and enterprise Windows security configurations • Perform root-cause analysis for complex production issues and system outages • Support virtualized Windows environments across development, test, and production • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, system configurations, and operational procedures • Participate in production support and on-call rotations as required

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, DevOps Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Windows Server in enterprise or mission-critical environments • Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, authentication, and domain services • Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft IIS • Advanced Windows troubleshooting skills, including Event Viewer, services, permissions, performance, networking, and application issues • Experience with DISA STIG, DoD RMF, Windows security hardening, and vulnerability remediation • Strong understanding of NTFS permissions, certificates, SSL/TLS, Windows networking, and enterprise authentication
