📋 Description

• Serve as the technical advisor and strategic owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts • Own the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy • Drive adoption through demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and best-practice recommendations • Run continuous discovery: surface customer problems and translate them into actionable requirements • Identify and scope expansion in partnership with Sales • Act as the voice of the customer internally • Track adoption, usage, health, and expansion to drive outcomes • Operate AI-first by default, and build tools that eliminate recurring work

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles • A track record that blends customer ownership with technical depth • Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops • Demonstrated success identifying and landing expansion in enterprise accounts • Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills • Something you've built that eliminated recurring work due to AI • An AI-native operating model
