📋 Description

• Define and evolve technology platform and service-offering capabilities across the cybersecurity ecosystem • Address critical customer needs across multiple market segments • Advance innovative approaches to modern cyber defense • Lead software and service development lifecycle requirements • Deliver new offerings to market and help establish industry standards • Drive consistent, repeatable, high-quality delivery from teams • Build collaborative relationships across the organization • Communicate and present to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience defining and building offerings for cyber defenders, CISOs, or both, ideally including managed services or consulting services • Extensive knowledge of at least two domains: Offensive Security / Penetration Testing; SIEM and Security Data Lakes; Cloud Security (CNAPP, CSPM); Endpoint Detection and Response; Network Detection and Response; Vulnerability Management; Application Security; Threat Exposure Management; Continuous Controls Monitoring • Superior, demonstrated skill defining and driving requirements throughout software and service development lifecycles • Track record of successfully delivering new offerings to market that define or advance industry standards • Knowledge of when to “push” and “pull” to produce consistent, repeatable, high-quality delivery from teams led • Demonstrated ability to build relationships fostering collaborative work across an organization • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • US Citizens only • Prior experience creating managed service offerings, ideally at scale • Prior experience in early-stage technology companies • Proven ability to “think on your feet” • Understanding and following DeepSeas information security policies and procedures • Vigilance and reporting of suspicious activity or information-security weaknesses • Ability to handle restricted/private client and internal data securely
