• Embrace and promote culture of DMS Enthusiast. • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other DMS company members through positive engagement and mutual respect. • Hold colleagues accountable to the company-wide standard for interpersonal relationships. • Coordinate onsite DMS Project Team and manage all aspects of project execution and delivery schedules. • Serve as primary project point of contact to the customer from contract award through the end of warranty. • Work with Engineering, Site Management, and supporting Field Services Technical representatives to provide technical and integration support to customers and supporting project team. • Maintain cost control while achieving quality standards & technical requirements. • Ensure delivered products meet contract requirements (including military standards/specifications) as prescribed per order. • Evaluate deck plate issues and communicate back to engineers and technicians to resolve technical delays. • Accountable for cost, quality, schedule and performance of each project scope in the project.
• HS/GED, Trade School, or Military plus minimum of 10 years in related industry role. • B. S. in Mechanical/Marine Engineering preferred. • PMP Certification preferred
