• Communicating with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization. • Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Explaining treatment procedures to patients and providing follow up education. • Answer multi-line phone system and take appointments or direct calls to the appropriate department. • Answer high volume of incoming calls. • Check voicemails and return customer calls. • Maintain email communication with patients, vendors and co-workers daily. • Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment. • Provide customer service and apply problem solving skills to client complaints and provide follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• 1 + years in healthcare preferred • High School Diploma (associates in healthcare preferred) • Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service. • Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette. • Ability to effectively learn and utilize multiple computer programs. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
