📋 Description

• Prepare demand letters, notices, pleadings, and other legal correspondence requiring minimal attorney revision. • Communicate professionally with attorneys, homeowners, board members, property managers, clients, and third parties to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. • Open new matters promptly and accurately, including verifying ownership information, mailing addresses, and governing document violations. • Maintain organized litigation files, detailed case notes, and accurate records within the firm's case management system. • Docket deadlines, monitor case activity, and ensure timely follow-up to effectively manage matters from intake through resolution. • Prepare and electronically file court documents, complete service of process for lawsuits, and assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation. • Process payments, enter billing for services and expenses, and maintain accurate financial records related to assigned matters. • Ensure matters progress efficiently while meeting established deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of administrative office experience required. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette. • Team player who can work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to analyze basic legal documents and learn software of the firm. • Ability to coordinate communication and workflows. • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills. • Typing: 50+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy.
