📋 Description

• Own and drive a unified GTM data strategy supporting pre-sales, post-sales, and leadership • Drive revenue intelligence and insights using an AI-forward approach • Build and own dashboards and reporting in Hex for GTM decision-making • Tie data and performance to pipeline, revenue, retention, and marketing ROI • Partner with product and engineering to maintain clean warehouse data • Validate commercial data including ARR, quotes, order forms, renewals, and related metrics • Own executive and board-level reporting for quarterly business reviews • Build forecasts and function-specific reporting for marketing, sales, and services • Improve early risk signals for new ARR, retention, and churn • Manage and prioritize reporting and dashboard requests from stakeholders • Build new views and datasets to meet business requirements • Turn analysis into plain-language recommendations for leadership • Build AI-ready documentation, context, and data architecture • Build agents for use by other team members • Report to the Head of Revenue Operations and collaborate across functions

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to read and write SQL • Ability to build BI dashboards used by sales, marketing, and leadership • Experience with revenue analytics, pipeline, closed revenue, and funnel analysis • Ability to present analysis to senior leaders and explain analytical findings • Ability to independently work with sales, marketing, and finance leaders • Experience validating ARR, net new ACV, prorated terms, FX adjustments, and quote-to-order form alignment • Ability to assess and improve data warehouse quality in partnership with engineering • Ability to select and use Claude, Salesforce, or Hex appropriately for reporting and dashboards • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition principles, GRR/NRR, forecasting, and CPQ logic • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and CoPilot • Ability to build AI-ready documentation, context, and data architecture • Ability to work with commercial data including renewals, subscriptions, renewal values, and off-cycle changes • E-Verify employment verification applies
