📋 Description

• Develop and own Degy’s comprehensive social media strategy, aligning it with brand and business goals. • Define KPIs and reporting standards to evaluate performance and impact on sales. • Make data-driven decisions to improve quality, engagement, and use of communication channels. • Stay current on industry updates, entertainment trends, and new platform features. • Lead with a positive, solutions-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. • Manage all social media channels across Degy and affiliated companies. • Conceptualize, curate, and create robust and unique posts that meet defined objectives. • Create, update, and manage weekly and monthly content calendars. • Write, curate, and edit copy and scripts with strong storytelling and brand alignment. • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute strategy and campaigns. • Pull and analyze performance data using platform-native insights and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management. • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills. • Experience across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. • Proficiency in Canva and CapCut required; experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus. • Familiarity with analytics and platform management tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Business Manager. • Experience managing paid social budgets and ad campaigns is a plus. • Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint required; familiarity with ClickUp is a plus. • Must be a United States Citizen and reside in the United States.
