📋 Description
• Deliver EV and high-voltage safety training across industries including aviation, automotive, marine, heavy equipment, industrial fleets, and specialty vehicles. • Facilitate in-person hands-on technical training sessions. • Establish credibility quickly with both technical and non-technical audiences through confident, engaging facilitation. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EV safety, high-voltage systems, and battery operations. • Apply NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements to real-world EV safety scenarios. • Support course updates and continuous improvement in collaboration with DEKRA instructional designers. • Leverage AI-enabled tools to assist with content development, technical visuals, and scenario-based learning assets. • Prepare training materials, participant guides, and technical demonstrations as required. • Travel to customer sites, training facilities, and industry locations as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or facilitation to adult learners. • Hands-on experience with EV systems, high-voltage technology, or electrified equipment • NFPA 70E certification (required) • Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to electrical and EV safety. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading technical discussions • Willingness and ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) • Proficiency with digital tools and learning technologies • Ability to incorporate AI tools to support content creation and training delivery.
