📋 Description

• Act as a lead during migration • Help define approach and execution strategy • Work with additional designers, a design system manager, engineering, and Figma support

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Figma expertise + token-level knowledge • Strong understanding of design tokens, shared libraries, and cascading properties • Strong communication / seniority • Ability to evaluate, estimate effort, and advise on migration • Design systems experience • Experience with components, patterns, and scalable UI systems • 7–10 years of experience (senior-level role) • Experience with design systems (building or influencing them) • Tokenization (critical) • Shared libraries in Figma • Industry background: Open to any domain • Figma migration experience (helpful but not required) • Token Studio tool familiarity (helpful but not mandatory) • Backend/dev knowledge (bonus; dev support available) • Experience with GitHub-backed token workflows
